Trong B. Nguyen, MD, (also known as, “Dr. Trong”
or “Bác Sĩ Trọng”) is a specialist, who focuses in treating problems related to the shoulder, elbow, knees, and ankles in adults, as well as, adolescents and children. He is dedicated to treating his patients with the utmost care and respect and holds himself to the highest standards of surgical precision, medical education, and professional ethics. He emphasizes and advocates for the health and well being of his patients, whether that entails surgery or non-surgical treatment, such as, rehabilitation and injury prevention.
Dr. Nguyen’s philosophy in medicine and surgery centers on the relationship between the surgeon and the patient and how vital this interaction is to having
successful outcomes. He believes that making decisions about one’s health needs to be a team effort and, therefore, emphasizes listening to his patients and their needs and concerns. He strongly believes in educating his patients about their problems so that they are informed about their diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis. Dr. Nguyen also prefers to work closely with your Primary Medical Doctor or Provider (PMD or PMP) to keep them involved with your care as well.
